Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Eeyobe's Creations is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entries or postal service issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. This ensures the purity, safety, and integrity of every product delivered.

However, if you experience an issue with your order (e.g., damaged item or incorrect product), please contact us within 5 days of delivery at eeyobescreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Exchanges are only granted if your product arrives damaged or defective. To qualify for an exchange, please email us at eeyobescreations@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos within 5 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
